For the record, this was a difficult and personal decision. And a team decision. No one kicked us out so don’t go jumping to conclusions or circulating rumors.

It was difficult breaking this news to you all. I imagine it’s what parents feel like when they finally tell their kids they’re splitting up. Except we have hundreds of you to tell we’re moving out and we still love you and it’s not your fault.

So just know what a rewarding part of this story you have been. Thank you for being a precious part of my life every day for the better part of the last seven years. You’ve been my angels, unawares. (Except for a handful of you who I could have done without.)
